The Cambridge Insider Blog is back

A year later, the Cambridge Insider Blog is back with a clear head and fresh perspective!  I'm very excited to be back in the saddle full time and indeed, it is an exciting time in Cambridge real estate.  With single family average prices up 13% from 2009 and condo average sales prices up 12% (source: H3MLS), it seems that the market is showing some energy.
