Jan and Lauren were absolutely wonderful to work with during this very difficult process. My mother was reluctantly moving into an assisted living facility in the local area where she was moving into a space 1/8th the size of her condo. They were supportive, respectful of my mother, always available, understanding of our situation and completely professional. They gave us clear directions as to what would be most important for us to update to be able to get the best price and were able to get two bids over the asking price after the first open house. Lauren even brought a fabulous print from her home for us to use in the "staging" process. The closing went smoothly and they visited my mother in her new home after the closing.
